Replacement Dwelling, Lancashire

We have recently gained planning consent for a replacement house near Lancaster. The existing early 20th Century ‘Dutch Barn’ style house, is thermally inefficient and unsuited to modern living.

Our client driven design provides 5 bedroom living accommodation across 3 floors within a neo-classical form. The scheme incorproates traditional detailing, stone features, ashlar render & natural slate.

The house will be constructed to high ‘fabric first’ energy efficiency standards together with low carbon technologies; heat pump, photovoltaic panels and mechanical ventilation.
