Replacement Farmhouse, Nr. Kendal

We recently gained planning consent to replace a cold, stone built 19th Century farmhouse with a modern, energy efficient interpretation which respected both the setting and agricultural history of the site. Our design uses familiar Westmorland Farmhouse design language and materials externally whilst providing contemporary open plan living with 6 bedrooms over 3 floors.
