Guardswood Cottage, Coniston

We recently completed an extensive renovation and adaptation of a Victorian  former stables to create a three bedroom property.

We adopted an ‘upside-down’ approach with living accommodation at the upper level allowing enjoyment of the vaulted spaces and views to the Coniston Fells. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located at the lower ground floor level.

We provided full architectural services including contract administration.
