Orangery, Crook

We were appointed to extend this fine Georgian property to create an Orangery / Garden Room together with rationalising the internal planning to create an open plan living, kitchen and dining space.

The scheme provides a sympathetic extension in an awkward corner of the building whilst maximising natural light and views down the Lyth Valley.

We successfully gained planning permission from the Lake District National Park Authority for the Orangery and a new large detached garage and then developed the scheme to RIBA Stage F1.
