Initially appointed to obtain Building Regulations Approval for the conversion of a barn into 3 holiday letting units, it quickly became apparent that there were inherent problems with the original Planning Approved design. Our remit was therefore extended to completely redesign the accommodation and secure the necessary amended Planning Approval. The scheme utilises most of the original barn openings and divides the barn into 2 and 3 bedroom holiday lettings.
