Extension Rebuild and Renovation, Water Yeat Nr. Coniston

We recently completed an extension and renovation of an Edwardian Gatehouse which was partially destroyed by a tree during Storm Arwen.

The scheme flips the living accommodation into the first floor exploiting the roofspace forming an ‘upside down’ open plan living arrangement which opens onto a roof terrace. 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

The building utilises natural wood fibre insulation to create a thermally efficient building, triple glazed windows and air source heat pump in lieu of the original oil fired boiler.
