April was a busy month with new commissions across Cumbria in both residential and industrial sectors.
We successfully obtained consent for partial conversion of a Grade II Listed building in Kendal into a 3 bedroom apartment. We were also delighted to gain consent for a low energy replacement dwelling in Elterwater.
On site, our Ambleside project refurbishing a 1960’s bungalow has finally turned a corner with finishing works underway. It’s been a challenging few months involving a lot of time with our construction team correcting poor quality original construction. The finish line is now in sight though.
We have also been engaged for our trouble shooting skills bringing our expertise to bear on planning issues for a development in the Arnside & Silverdale ANOB.
