Barn Conversions, Patton, Kendal

Working closely with the developer and within the constraints of the existing planning consent, we rationalised the internal arrangements and made small aesthetic adjustments to create 4 individually styled dwellings from this traditional Lakeland 'bank barn'.

We also successfully gained planning consent to extend the larger of the 4 dwellings at ground floor level creating a large garden room with direct links to the outside spaces.
