New House, Slyne with Hest
We successfully obtained planning permission to replace a dilapidated 1930's bungalow on the outskirts of Slyne with Hest with a new 5 bedroom dormer bungalow.
The open plan design provides a contemporary interior with ample views across the open countryside towards Lancaster. The dormer solution minimises the massing whilst providing bedroom accommodation within the roof space.
