Balcony, Kendal

An existing client commissioned us to design and obtain statutory approvals for a larger balcony deck to replace an existing rotting timber balcony overlooking open countryside.

The first image shows the existing balcony prior to demolition. The additional images show the simple steel and glass balcony nearing completion with only the final decorating to complete.

We obtained all the planning & building regulations approvals and liaised with structural engineers and contractors to overcome the site difficulties particularly with the existing stone retaining wall to the patio.
